Anyone cross shopping GX550 and the Land Cruiser?

Who is cross shopping either a GX550 or the new Land Cruiser? After driving both and owning the LC and driving several GX550s, I’d have to say, that the GX is the better vehicle and I look forward to replacing my LC one day with one. The powertrain, interior materials, acoustic glass, and ekdss have me very interested in it over the LC. In the mean time though, I do enjoy the LC and the better MPG I’m getting with it, along with the price tag that comes with it.

We were, but there are several drawbacks. We don't want a third row and the stigma that comes with it—mom mobile. So that leaves the Overtrail, and that is a very expensive truck. The Land Cruiser has everything we want, and we like the idea of a hybrid engine. V6s are great, but the 550 gets worse gas mileage and requires premium gas. Finally, the closest Lexus dealer is two hours away, while there are several Toyota dealers close by.
