Custom Suspension & Chassis​

• The Baja Cruiser features an entirely custom suspension system, designed for maximum travel and control. Everything from the upper and lower control arms to the shocks, spindles, and trailing arms has been custom-built by Westcott Designs. The vehicle is equipped with hydro bump stops to limit tire travel just below the rear fenders, ensuring smooth and controlled off-road performance.
• The Baja Cruiser has been widened by 8 inches (4 inches on each side), bringing its total width to 85 inches. This provides greater stability and control during high-speed runs through the desert or tough terrain.
• Custom gold-machined billet aluminum trailing arms extend the rear suspension to an impressive 52 inches in length, offering superior articulation and durability.
• The rear features coilovers with shock towers that extend into the back seat area, providing maximum rear-end travel while maintaining a clean and factory-like fitment.

Baja-Style Front and Rear Bumpers​

• The front bumper is a custom Baja-style clip, cut just below the factory headlights and reinforced with custom brackets and filler plates. The team at Westcott also relocated the windshield washer system to accommodate the new front design.
• The rear bumper has been designed to sit close to the body, giving it a clean, factory look while seamlessly integrating with the vehicle’s lines. Even the factory sensors have been reinstalled into the new bumper, preserving functionality without compromising style. A rear chase light is also integrated into the rear fairing and roof panel for that true off-road look.

Custom Bodywork & Fenders​

• The fenders are custom metal tin work, crafted by hand and secured with metal gold fasteners. Both the front and rear fenders have been widened to accommodate the vehicle's new stance, with the rear fender sticking out noticeably past the taillights, giving the truck a bold and aggressive profile.
• The rear windows have been removed and replaced with custom aluminum panels, each featuring a billet aluminum bezel for the gas tank fill port.

Interior & Roll Cage​

• The interior of the Baja Cruiser is as wild as its exterior. It features SPARCO seats for high-performance comfort and support, and an interior roll cage for added safety during extreme off-road adventures. The intricate sheet metal work throughout the interior ties the whole build together, creating a rugged, high-tech feel inside the truck.
