After installing my new Magnaflow Exhaust on the 250 I wanted to do a brief overview and post some pictures. This install was a little bit more frustrating than I thought it would be. Seems to be an issue with the instructions. They called for a 13mm when really you need a 14 & 15mm wrench. I wrote a separate forum post about this I'll link HERE. You'll also need a pry tool to help remove the exhaust from the "rubber insulators". I'll attach the instruction screenshots here.

I also accidentally removed a factory exhaust piece closest to the engine that should not have been taken off. So I had to put it back on when I realized I removed too much. I think the instructions could've stated that more clearly. (I'm sure I also could've looked at them a little bit more but feel like this is a typical mistake)

This is the piece you should not remove. Right behind the front diff/sway bar. It stays there and the Magnaflow system attaches behind it.

But really after figuring that out install was a breeze. Should take 45 minutes maybe 60 tops. I didn't even use a tool to remove the exhaust from the rubber isolators. Just brute strength and some elbow grease.

I will also say that it's important to adjust the over axle pipe. Originally it was way to close to my trac-bar and it would 100% hit during any offroad use. So I loosened the clamps again and kept working it to get it higher. Make sure to do this!

As I've driven it the last few days it sounds good. It's not very loud. And with the LC250s all being hybrid it actually depletes some of the fun and makes it more quiet than a non-hybrid optioned vehicle such as the 4th Gen Tacoma or 6th Gen 4Runner.

Overall though easy install (especially if you learn from my mistakes), it sounds good, and it gives lots of extra clearance.

I'll attach a few more pictures below.

(Right hand side is the factory pipe and left is where you start attaching the Magnaflow. I retained the factory gasket and just clamped it down really hard. The Magnaflow supplied gasket didn't seem the right size)
