This is something I'd heard you can do. So I looked into it more. Using the Toyota app you can Start/Stop as well as Lock/Unlock your car. This is how I did it. But I think you can also use the dedicated shortcuts app to even have it do these commands with buttons/tapping instead of voice commands.
Here's how to do it. First click "Info" on the main screen.
Then go to "Siri Shortcuts"
After that type/speak the phrase you'd like. I included mine below, I kept it simple.
