Hey guys, if you are looking for the battery on the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser and cannot find it under the hood, you are not alone. That was the first place I looked too, and I was pretty confused at first. On the new Land Cruiser, the battery is actually located in the rear of the vehicle, not under the hood like most people would expect. This is due to the hybrid components under the hood. I figured I would make this quick post to help save someone else the time and confusion. Just added the plug & play cargo light kit from Amazon. The install was super easy on a premium with the lift hatch option. They do sell a kit for the manual hatch, but the wiring is more involved.

Also added the oem cargo cover to keep smaller things out of sight! 64009-60010-C0
