How To Engage 4-Lo In 250 Land Cruiser

Hey guys, I was out crawling in my Land Cruiser and could not get 4 Low to engage. It just kept beeping nonstop, even when I threw it in drive, so I was thinking something was wrong.

Turns out I just was not doing the process right. So if your Land Cruiser is doing the same thing, below are some pics showing how to properly engage 4 Low.
